• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

🕒 Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on your location)

• We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

💸 Shipping Charges

• FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available with a small service fee of ₹29.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Include your order number when contacting us.

🔄 Exchange

We accept exchanges for size issues or damaged products. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damage-related claims with clear photos.

🚚 How to Return

• Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

💸 Refunds

• Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

• COD orders: Refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer. COD fee is non-refundable.
